QUALIFIER IMPORTANT INFORMATION (EVENTS OUTSIDE LONDON)

09:30 - 10:00 | Under 14's competition
10:30 - 11:00 | Under 16's competition
10:30 - 11:00 | Under 18's competition
12:30 - 13:00 | Recreation Men's competition
12:30 - 13:00 | Women's competition
14:00 - 14:30 | Elite Men's competition
ALL REGISTERED TEAMS WILL RECIEVE AN EMAIL TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO THE EVENT
One week before the event a link will be provided for teams to confirm their attendance.
Being late for registration will jeopardise your spot.
Once a team makes it to the semi-final stage they have qualified for the finals. Except Women and Under 18 women who must reach the final. Qualified teams will receive a ticket and take a picture with the presentation board.

Teams are permitted to play at more than one event.
On the day we will have a strict schedule, which will be on display.
All teams must be prepared and ready to play on their scheduled court.
You will be able to access your personal schedule on the website.
(Sometimes we will run by playing order and not by a specific time.
On the day you will play a minimum of three pool games followed by a knockout stage (if you get through the pool stage).
Spectators are allowed inside the venue for free.
We require 14 days cancellation notice prior to the scheduled event, otherwise we will charge you the full amount of your entry fee. The whole amount of your entry fee will be charged if you do not notify us about your cancellation or any changes by 14 days before your scheduled event.

(Free Ball Out T-shirts will be provided for your team to play in and must be worn)
