QUALIFIER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

CHECK-IN IMPORTANT

Two weeks before the event a link will be provided for teams to confirm their attendance.

Bring proof of payment to the event.

Participants under the age of 18 should bring proof of age.

Being late for registration will jeopardise your spot.

REGISTRATION

It is the Captains responsibility to ensure the team members are registered accurately.

If you require to edit your team this can be done by:

Via the link in the registration confirmation email
Having the link re-sent via ‘Need to administer your team’ on the team page?
Logging in to the FIBA 3x3 profile and finding the ‘Your registered teams’ on the event page.

QUALIFYING

Pools of 16 - you must reach the semi-final to qualify

Pools of 8 - you must reach the final to qualify

IMPORTANT: On the back of the ticket you must confirm or decline your attendance at the Ball Out 3x3 final.

Teams are permitted to play at more than one event; men are NOT allowed to play in both Men and Elite men categories on the same day.

NOTTINGHAM VENUE (Indoors) - Nottingham Wildcat Arena

NEWCASTLE VENUE (Indoors) - Vertu Motors Arena

SCHEDULE
On the day we will have a strict schedule, which will be on display.
You must required waiting at the court you are schedule to play on whilst the match before is in progress.
You will be able to access your personal schedule on the website.

(You MUST be on time for registration)

PARTICIPATION

On the day you will play a minimum of three pool games followed by a knockout stage (if you get through the pool stage).

AGE RESTRICTIONS

Under 14's are for players Born on or after 01/09/2009 (Current Year 9)
Under 16's are for players born on or after 01/09/2007 (Current Year 11)
Under 18's are for players born on or after 01/09/2005 (Current Year 13)
Otherwise, if you just finished your National League u14 season you can play u14's for Ball Out 3x3
Similar for u16's and u18's
Bring proof of age on event day

SPECTATORS

Spectators are allowed inside the venue for free.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We require 14 days cancellation notice prior to the scheduled event, otherwise we will charge you the full amount of your entry fee. The whole amount of your entry fee will be charged if you do not notify us about your cancellation or any changes by 14 days before your scheduled event.
