09:00 - 09:45 | Under 14's competition
09:45 - 10:30 | Under 16's competition
10:15 - 11:00 | Under 18's competition


Sunday 30th July
08:00 - 08:45 | Recreation Men's competition 
08:30 - 09:15 | Women's competition
11:00 - 11:30 | Elite Men's competition

CHECK-IN IMPORTANT

Two weeks before the event a link will be provided for teams to confirm their attendance.

Bring proof of payment to the event

Participants on Saturday should be proof of age.

QUALIFYING

Once a team makes the quarterfinal they have qualified for the finals, except Women and Under 18 women who will need to reach the semi-final. Qualified teams will receive a ticket and take a picture with the presentation board.

IMPORTANT: On the back of the ticket you must confirm or decline your attendance at the Ball Out 3x3 final.

PARTICIPATION

On the day you will play a minimum of three pool games followed by a knockout stage (if you get through the pool stage).

​

SPECTATORS

Spectators will be allowed inside the venue.

All categories in the Birmingham qualifier are expected to be oversubscribed and schedule is finalised after registration ends. Being late for registration will jeopardise your spot. Priority will be given to teams that have already paid.

AGE RESTRICTIONS

  • Under 14's are for players Born on or after 01/09/2008 (Current Year 9)

  • Under 16's are for players born on or after 01/09/2006 (Current Year 11)

  • Under 18's are for players born on or after 01/09/2004 (Current Year 13)

  • Otherwise, if you just finished your National League u14 season you can play u14's for Ball Out 3x3

  • Similar for u16's and u18's

  • Bring proof of age on event day

Teams are permitted to play at more than one event; men cannot play in the Elite Men and Rec Men categories on the same day.

SCHEDULE
On the day we will have a strict schedule, which will be on display.

You must required waiting at the court you are schedule to play on whilst the match before is in progress. 
You will be able to access your personal schedule on the Website .

In the event of rain we will minimize the competition to obtain qualified teams.

Cancellation Policy

We require 14 days cancellation notice prior to the scheduled event, otherwise we will charge you the full amount of your entry fee. The whole amount of your entry fee will be charged if you do not notify us about your cancellation or any changes by 14 days before your scheduled event.

Cushion/Stool/Folding Chair - Seating is very limited 

This will be a busy event with a lot of people, please look after your personal belongings at all times.

An onsite caterer is selling hot/cold food and drinks.
